Order Status

Confirm Order

After the payment is successful, you will receive an email confirming the order. If you have not received the email, please contact our Customer Service Department.

Track Order

You can check the status of the order at any time. You can log in to your account or click "Order Status" at the bottom of the page to enter your order number to see the order status.

Cancel Order

Sorry, the confirmed order cannot be changed or canceled.

Change Order

Sorry, you can only change the delivery method if the order has been paid. Please contact our customer service staff to check whether the daily cut-off time has been exceeded. If the order have not been issued, you can still change the delivery method.
